I'm happy to hear that you were able to avoid all those desserts! I'd be weak!!! I have a weakness for apple pie. Stay strong, and keep walking! I used to walk outdoors until my cousin told me about Leslie Sansone's Walk Away the Pounds. I purchased the 1 and 2 mile DVD (2 miles - which I do every morning before I go to work), and the 3 mile DVD - Super Fat Burning (which I do on the weekends). I no longer have an excuse as to why I can't walk. If it rains, sleets, hails, or snows, I'll be walking..... And as far as your boss is concerned, don't let her steal your joy or break your spirit. She's just miserable, and she's trying to break your spirit with her misery. Keep your head up!!! :-)
