It was so good to see the drop below 220! I kept telling myself "You're doing everything right, just wait for it" but for several days my weight has been steady and sometimes up.
99.6 kg Lost so far: 2.4 kg.    Still to go: 20.2 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
