This week has not been so great in regards to food, but better in regards to activity. I have eaten out four times since friday, yikes! On the other hand I have played softball, played catch and I have gone roller-blading, all activities which were a lot of fun, but still kept me moving. I am getting a bike next week, which should also help to keep me active. I feel as if I am finding new ways to stay active and not just workout. However, I know that I am slipping in the food arena. I need to get back to basics, 5 fruits and veggies each day, 2 servings of dairy, 6 glasses of water. I can see that I am not losing as much each week as I was previously, which is fine. However, I do not need excuses. I need to get back on track.
