I am losing my motivation! Help! I lost 30 pounds and was SO happy about it and then I go and have a bad week with bad decisions and gained 2.4!! I need to get back the mind set I had a few months ago and I don't know how to get it back. I feel better, I get compliments all the time on how good I am doing so why doesn't that keep me going? I have no clue! I have been walking and that feels great but this Wisconsin weather doesn't cooperate very well. Well, this week is a new week and have been doing good so far but that's how it seems to go every week....good at the beginning and then down hill for the end of the week.

just keep telling yourself that its possible, i went up like 3 lbs the other week and i felt pretty bad, i had family visit for spring break, but then i came back strong and kicked those 3 lbs in the butt by dropping 5lbs! its totally possible, dont give up!!!

We all lose our motivation from time to time and have setbacks (gains). You are doing well and 30 lbs. is a lot of weight. Just give yourself a break, check in here often and start over. You can do this, you are doing this! Hang in there! P.S. Beautiful family!
