It would really suck to make friends to help you GET to your goal and then abandon you when you do! Maintenance is the hardest part of the journey, I hear. It will still be several months before I find out, though I reach my first BIG goal in the next day or two - only one pound left to 175!

I was in maintenance; they changed the oil and we continue down the hill of weight loss.
