Day 8 of no diet coke. I am amazed by how much I don't miss it. Today I have decided to give up sugar. I am still going to eat SF fudgscicles and SF hard candy though. I have to have something. I figure if I journal my efforts to give things up it will keep me more accountable!!

Let me know if you lose any weight by giving up the DC, I am a true addict, but if it makes a difference, I could at least cut down, & we'll see! Great job!!
