Saya nggak tahu apakah timbangan saya yang eror atau gimana, tapi akhir-akhir ini kaya lebih mudah nurunin berat badan. Makan masih normal, tapi tetap kalori defisit, dan mungkin terpengaruh juga sama beban tugas kuliah dan UTS 😵
