Mulai diet awal maret, skrg alhamdulillah udah turun 5kg. Santai ga merasa kesiksa sama sekali. Tiap abis makan jg ngerasa kenyang bgt tp pasti setelah diitung kalori yg masuk tiap harinya cuma sekitar 500-700 pdhl BMR 1600. Apa harus tambah porsi makan?
