Pretty sure this big drop will bounce right back up. Especially after last nights drinking. It felt good to completely let loose and I managed to not compound it with horrible eating. Overall I planned a night and it was intentional and I don’t feel guilt. This new way of doing thing...everything in moderation and without feeling guilty is actually pretty awesome.
