Fo the cheesecake crust I softened 1 weetabix with 50 ml of soya milk. And for the filling I minced 100 gr of strawberries with 100 gr of quark , and melted 10 gr of gelatine that I added at the end to the strawberries with quark. You can add a sweetener or sugar if you like. Leave in the fridge for a night

Weeatbix with soyamilk , wat a goed idea..It sound easy to make ,healthy and I will try it.I' m crazy about strawberries,seems a perfect recipe to me. THANKS a lot and lots of greets from the Netherlands to Italy.🤗👍
