thats not so bad jessi- the pizza was probably on ly 250 or 300 cals each and then 150 for each coffee and then 250 for the cupcake- you are probably under your cals for the day anyways- just dont eat anything else that is bad for you today!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! have some chicken- and if you come over, i will feed you some grilled veggies on melba toast:) not terrible- but you must be hungry!
