Back to it. This year got crazy with school, work, and other fun life things. My best friend's wedding is at the end of this month, and my goal WAS to be slimmer... oh, well. Now my goal is to not have super jiggly arms in my sleeveless dress. I changed my goal weight to a more attainable level and am actually much more active these days, so that's good. However, my knees and feet are killing me, and I know it's the stress from being so overweight for so long... time to really crack down and stick with it. My husband i his usual "that will last a week"... now it's time to prove him wrong.
