Going to be a busy week. I normally work 8-10 hours a week at a hospice doing medical records (after hrs) but my boss had surgery and one of the girls went to Germany to visit family. They are very shorthanded so I will be going in early to help cover for them. It's been 14 years since I worked during the day. I used to work full-time there in Medical records, but quit to stay home with my kids. They asked me to stay PRN (as needed) and it turned into a regular thing which is perfect. I don't have to go in and I can stay as long/short as I want. Plus it's after hrs so I can wear jeans lol. Our hospice has the patient's at their home, so it's just an office. I know each state is different. We do have an inpatient office called the Hospice House where the patient's come for end-of-life care. Have worked there 19 years as of today! It's part of my testimony of becoming a believer, hearing all the death stories, truly amazing. They weren't "preaching" at me, just recounting in team meeting how the weekend went and the deaths etc... It really opened up my eyes. Wow, guess I had a lot to say. Hope everyone has a great week.
