I wish I could stay away from chocolate. I see it and I want it. The addiction is real. I need to limit myself. I been eating better and working out. But never gave up chocolate so I can't lose weight.

You can do it!!! Do not buy it. That is usually easier than not eating it if you have it in your house. Eat more at your meals so you do not feel deprived. If you need chocolate try a bit of cocoa in milk or really dark chocolate that you may not want to eat too much of since it lacks the sugar but still will give a chocolate kick. And my last thought is maybe you need magnesium. Try a supplement. But most of all: do not give up on yourself

I also have a chocolate addiction, too. For me, there is no "limiting" it. Once I have a taste, it's "Katie, bar the door!" I've found that black tea with cardamom, vanilla, cinnamon, and ginger like "chai," but better, IMHO!) is a "go-to pleasure" that helps me avoid chocolate. I'm not sure why, but it works!
