因為昨天滿滿的麵包
還有泡菜。。真的如預想中
一樣飆很高😂多了0.9公斤

麵包真的很好吃,可是很容易胖,我也超愛吃麵包的……

麵包真的 唔湯😆 不過不包餡就還行 但不能常吃 一星期一次是極限 或是每天只能吃幾口 不能吃一顆 吃麵包吐司少量還行 但油質不好 澱粉過高,添加物太多 很容易胖到內臟 肥到大肚子 有吃爽到就好🙆
