Just firmed it out!! It's much easier to just do this stuff--exercise, than sit and moan about it!! And I can feel a difference already--lifting heavier weights, not cursing the girl out when she asks, "Doesn't sculpting feel great?", don't even feel like I have to hurl!! This is exercise progress for me!! And now that I am the exercise kick, it makes me WANT to put healthy food in my bod!! BRING IT.
