Just a quick check in to say I am feeling strong and positive. I did the Firm on Monday, Pilates Tuesday, the Firm yesterday, and then I went for a good power walk today and am going to Firm it out again today. I feel like I want to do the exercise and be active, so I'm going with it since it usually feels like something I have to do. I've been cutting back on what I've been eating, too. Lowering my portion sizes, and just eating when I am hungry. I keep re-reading the sb books, too, really trying to figure out the method behind the madness and how what I eat and when effects me.
Don't even want to say it...but got good news about the job yesterday, and another interview tomorrow, so I'm just going to go with it and believe that it's all coming together. As always, the question, is it coming together because of what I am doing, or is it coming together and making me do it? Chicken...egg, chicken, egg. But no more damn eggs. I'm over the eggs.
And I bought a cute red jacket the other day which was a great bargain and looks fab and I tried on my outfit and felt rockstar like, and I'm actually PSYCHED to go somewhere and actually have somewhere to go on Saturday night, so I get to go out and be a rockstar. The potential new job is also helping me keep focus and push myself on my workouts because I would love to roll into New Mexico looking smokin'.
Off to research my potential new home and study some Spanish.
