First morning in months without any cardio. I ran 5k yesterday and hadn't run in over 6 months. so body is taking a break.

Did do some weight training this morning. may end up doing some cardio later today??

keep calories in check and should be ok.

End day 6/24 with 2k rollover with some extras.
