I'm so mad at myself. I ate well all day until after dinner. I had the worst cravings and had a bowl of cereal (sugary kid stuff) and then some chips and sour cream. I set my calories to 1200 and I was just over 1500, so I guess it could have been worse, but the snacks I ate were not at all healthy. I'll have to figure out how to deal with the cravings.

I have that same problem! I can normally do fine throughout the day, but then once I come home from work it's a free for all... so if you can think of something to take your mind off of cravings do share! Yesterday I grabbed a bottle of water and took my dog out for a little play time in the backyard. It helped, but let's see how long I stick with it...

That's a good idea. I'm just going to get rid of all the junk too. I want my kids eating healthy too.
