I don't think you've been starving yourself. You seem to have been losing weight overall consistently since you've been on Atkins. You are in pre-maintenance now right? In PM it's accepted that occasionally you will gain a lb or two because you're working out where your lifetime carb intake level should sit. Because of that, the rate of weightloss will naturally slow right down. That is part of Dr Atkins strategy and gets you used to eating right for life.
Very occasionally I have had a cheat day on Atkins and have lost a lb or two shortly after. I don't think this is a result of the cheat, I think of it as "getting away with it"!
Just stick with it! You have done so well already, you must be feeling very proud of yourself :)
