Last March my good friend was going to come where I was living at the time for one of those warrior dashes, and wanted me to run too. I hadn't seen her in about a year and actually lied that I had lost all this weight. I signed up for the race thinking I would stay motivated to run it, but I never once trained for it. She ended up not being able to make the make trip anyways. I was such a fool! I am always telling people I'm going on a diet or to family that lives out of state that I've lost all this weight. I just hate lying so much, but I think I thought if I told them I was this weight, I'd be motivated to lose it. Then if I'd see them, it was always oh I just messed up and gained it back. So this time around I'm keeping my mouth shut, and doing the work.
