Hi Everyone,

Not sure what happened/why but lost 3 pounds this week! Lost nothing the first 4 days of the week then boom. But I will take it! Total lost 77 pounds. Still more to go but I haven't been this weight since 1987. Really really need to get some new clothes! Keto on!

New clothes! Excellent idea! You may find your favorite brands no longer fit even in smaller sizes. I was a Soft Surroundings girl and am now back with Ann Taylor. I do her Loft and Outlet brands (much better prices).

Do your diet n don’t focus on the scale, weight will come off (as long as ur in a deficit)
