Today is my first day of dieting. I'm actually really excited to start this. I've half heartedly attempted to loose weight in the past, but was never serious enough about it. I would tell everyone I'm going to lose, but it was all talk. I have my food planned out for the day, and tonight I'll go out for a walk. I'm thinking of getting some workout videos or join a gym maybe? I would love to be in one of those warrior dashes, so I will have to start jogging as well.

Warrior Dash sounds like a challenge so jogging is an excellent start! I know for the Spartan Races they have a workout of the day that you can sign up for, maybe the Warrior Dash has something similar? They seems impossible to me, but you can always tailor them down to you fitness level. :)

You know they do have a workout plan for it, I remember looking it up. I don't think I could even do all the beginner stuff yet, but I'll work up to it :)
