I've been researching weight loss, and my goodness there are a ton of diets, and a million ways to exercise. I've never been on a fad diet before, but I've always heard most of the time people gain a lot of weight back. Plus this is more of a lifestyle change. Once I reach my goal I have to keep up what I'm doing, or I'll gain it all back. This is kind of overwhelming, but I'll just take it a day at a time.
