Deadlifts, squats, bench press, shoulder press, leg press, straight leg deadlift, pullups. The first 3 are the big ones but there are many good ones.

Taking the word of one Dr. over science and the word of dozens of experts in the field is foolhardy. But those people exist. Mostly on this forum. He is a laughing stock on MFP and Bodybuilding.com

Yeah, fat loss does that. They could get healthy with any calorie deficit. A personal trainer who knows how nutrition works would do the same thing for these people.

I'm sure Dr. Oz helped many people as well, it doesn't mean his info was accurate or necessary to follow.

Also is good is pullups. Dips. Leg Raises. can Put weight on yourself for all three to add a challenege and turn the bodyweight exercise into weight exercises. These have been working for me. Been building muscle and cutting a lot of fat

He put restrictions in their diet that helped them shave the total energy coming in. Did it help? Yes. Was it the only way to help them? No.

The information that they believe is damn ridiculous and absurd to me. Plus the fact that they don’t understand binge eating is an eating disorder is truly sad.

Any diet that leads you to an eating disorder is trash

Yes, Alpheus. Bodyweight exercises are great. Another form of weight training that doesn't require a gym.
