下午茶:鳳梨切片3塊/去籽小芭樂2/3顆/日出17號鳳梨酥1個
晚餐:炒南瓜/炒四季豆/炸薯餅1片
55.9 kg Lost so far: 5.3 kg.    Still to go: 0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.
