I frequently catch myself scrolling through here rather than boredom grazing anymore. It reminds me I always have somewhere to turn when I feel weak. Good for you, recognizing where your mind was and trying to reroute!

Same here. Another thing I do is get a drink of water, and just get up and walk around for a few minutes. It's funny how fast the craving goes away when it's just boredom.
