cant remember if i said this or not yet, but have been adding a wee bit of excercize....100 crunches and some stretching and arm retension excercizes to strengthen and firm up the upper body muscles...im sure thats gonna add to all my pain, but atleast it will be good pain..for a change..o.0 lol still not sleeping well...maybe a bit of stess as well as other things, but...trying to keep all in line as much as i can...anyways good night and sweet dreams ^_^
