[Today is the first day of summer! Yeah! It's 80 degrees out. I went for a short 50 minute walk. Even though it's warm, it felt good to get outdoors and move my muscles. I'll be studying alot this next month to take my NCLEX-PN exam. But, I know I will think much clearer if I try to keep active so my blood can circulate. :D I've been rather lax these past few weeks, and my weight loss or should I say lack of weight loss, is evident. Time to get serious again! Summer is a great time to be active. NO MORE EXCESSES!
