Anyone know about kefir yogurt? What’s the consistency, more like greek yogurt or lighter? And what about the taste? Thanks

I drink kefir most days for digestive health, calcium and protein but also 'cause I just love dairy products. I get the kefir in a one litre bottle, shake it well and pour out a glass. Some people drink it plain but I find a bit of orange juice cuts the tang. I buy the plain 1% stuff from the organics section in Loblaws (goat milk, kefir, organic milk) but I've seen it in Metro, Farm Boy and health food stores. I find the texture something like a drinkable yogurt like Yop but not so terribly sweet. One litre costs $4.50-$5.00 so it's not cheap.
