3000 to start day and what sounds like a good formula for a treat on Tuesday or Wednesday

1. Promise with PB2 and 1/4 cup of Erythirol and 1/4 cup of WheyLow

2. CoolWhip Free with PB2 and 1/4 cup of erythirol and 1/4 cup of wheylow.
