My weight increased this week for some unknown reason. However I have been tracking body fat and it has decreased 15 lbs in the last month and shows a gain of lean body mass of almost 6 lbs. In the last month my measurements have changed also.
Chest 52" to 51" loss of 1" Waist 51.5" to 50" loss of 1.5" Hips 63" to 61.25" loss of 1.75" Thigh 32" to 31" loss of 1" Calf 21" to 20.50" loss of .5"
So even though my weight went up in this one week I am happy to have lost body fat and decreased inches. Hopefully the scale will be nicer to me next week.
