I had My first weigh in Saturday and I lost 10 pounds making me 183! I'm happy but a bit confused. I told the counselor that I didn't want to buy the bars or snacks and she put me on LA Express?? In which I'm eating ALOT more and that does not make any sense to me. 3 Proteins,4 veggies,4 starches,3 fruits, 2 dairy and 2 fats.. At to think 2 slices of bread=1 starch. I know they have to make up for the calories that I'm not eating from the bars but I don't see how more food intake=Weight Loss. I haven't lost any weight since Friday.
