My weight is up again this morning despite the training I did this weekend, but I think it may be due to shark week approaching.
My personal trainer has suggested I forget about the scale and worry about cm's. I will still log my weight every Friday and just see what happens.
We measured this morning and I am down 23cm in total. I am happy with that.
