Switzerland bahahaha...I agree with you rosio. One of the big reasons I have been hitting the gym hard these past few months was because of the three of you. Always working out and killing it 💪

Yeah, our diets are way different. Our body goals are way different. Our opinions on strength vs. speed are way different. Round and round we go, lol!

Be in what position? Hahahahaha, unlike most people on here I think I am crazy unfit in very poor condition!! I was 145kg 2 years ago,Anyone can be in this position in 2 years. eating clean -1 year of dedicated weight training 1 year of weights and HIIT and you can be as unfit as me 🤣

Why is it insulting? The day someone says they are happy is the day they get lazy. I'm fairly confident I'll place in this competition doing 100 classes in 8 weeks. If i do you know what that means. In 12 weeks when next one kicks off I'll have to do 110 hahahaha. Fact of the matter is as long as their is someone fitter I'm not fit, if I was the fittest person alive I could still beat my time so I wouldn't say I was fit. Always push yourself harder!! Never be happy with what you can do today or you won't do more tomorrow

@Keith you ARE fit just not as fit as you want to be. It’s commendable that you want to keep working on yourself. Just as everyone on this thread are working on themselves.

I followed the link of the top post. How do you keep such an accurate log of all those exercises, sets, reps, weights, rest times ? I guess it is not pencil and paper.
