I'm so disappointed! Only down 1/2 pound this week. Since I was only down 1.5 the first week, I thought for sure I'd make it up and be down 1 full pound. Says it will take me 11 months to lose the next 23 pounds! I guess I wouldn't care so much if I didn't feel hungry all the time. I resolve to keep better track of how much water I'm drinking. That's got to help!
