Fatsecret has my calorie intake set at 1800 a day. I am 167.8 with a goal weight of 135. I guess I am used to other apps setting me at like 1200. Does 1800 seem high to lose weight?

Start there and track like if your life depends of it, when you hit a plateau adjust calories 🔄

I’m 5’1 and I lose weight at an intake of 1800 calories a day

Im 5'7" and weigh 139. When I stated I was 170 lbs. I eat 1200 cals a day. Im full everyday becauae I eat the right kinds of cals etc. (U can change your daily cal intake in settings) It took me about 6 months to change my body. Ive lost the weight and Ive lost 5" off waist, and 3" off other parts of body. U can do this! 😀

I'm 5'7 was 209 now down to 189 and I'm eating 2600cal a day as soon as I hit a pletua I'll drop 100cal I weigh myself every Saturday was originally 260 at my heaviest
