Hi everyone,
I have always been overweight and veering towards obese. I have decided to be a better captain of my ship and make a change. Joking FatSecret is the first step. I generally eat plant based and fast 18 hours on most days, however I have a unholy bond with sweets and gravitate towards emotional eating with boredom as the main culprit.
I am going to start exercising 3x a week and see where we go from there. I have never weighed as much as I do now. As a short (and possibly petite, although currently more stout than anything else) woman, every extra pound takes a toll on my health, my appearance, and my body. My goal seems nearly impossible, a pie in the sky... but where there is a will, there is a way.
