Today is day number 6 of my lifestyle change. I am very pleased so far following Jorge Cruise's plan combined with things I am learning about hormonal nutrition. I have lost 6.5 pounds so far and while I realize some of that is water weight, I generally like the way I am feeling overall. Still looking into hormonal triggers and working under those guidelines as well as making sure this is the best change for CHF (Chronic Heart Failure).
