That looks like a well seasoned and marinated chicken breast. (ps. that is what makes nando's chicken so good. they leave it in that sauce for 24 or 48hours I think) then grill. Then the chicken has tons of flavor and juicy... I bet that meal was tasty...

Yes it was yum! I use a tbsp Apple Cider vinegar when grilling the chicken in the oven, it makes it real soft and juicy!
