I absolutely blew my diet yesterday with my sons birthday party. I gained 1.5 pounds which, all considering, wasn't bad at all. Today I've been extremely low carb and drinking more water than ever! Tomorrow I'm going to attempt the fasting challenge that many people in our group are doing. I'm excited to see how it goes and hopefully I won't be overly hungry!
110.0 kg Lost so far: 5.7 kg.    Still to go: 51.0 kg.    Diet followed: Reasonably Well.

Fasting is going relatively well. I still have 3 hours to go and I'm beginning to really get hungry!
