So I stopped extra exercise to see impact of new portion control.. no crazy hunger pangs.. loose clothes, easier movements, faster but more clumsy activities.. eating twice as regularly Down almost 5kg - BEFORE exercise gets added back! I know it happens faster in the beginning but wow! At this rate I’ll be done in 6 months. My rate is about to double or triple now that I can move around better. Can feel my abs for the first time since 2013
