Yes you are gorgeous with a beautiful figure, I get it after kids and weight loss our tummies and perfect. Work on it but also please be realistic about expectations for the sake of your happiness 😉

Rosio, Its so difficult to get the same shape which was before pregnancy(that’s why envy for you girls 😍)..Unfortunately, I don’t have kids. I’m doing exercises to remove fat and be toned but i feel that its not enough. Will do more to see better results ASAP and ofc will be realistic. Btw I am realist 😂😂😂 (and a little bit pessimist)

Cardio as i know if for weight loss. For building muscles i need to do weight lifting

Lifting also helps burn fat. A combo of both, and the right foods, will make you a fat burning machine 😉
