Okay, so I have officially started 30 day shred two days ago.
First day, I did it like at 12:30 AM because I couldn't sleep (I know that you aren't supposed to exercise before sleeping because of energy levels blah blah blah...but I have sleeping pills so it's alright) The next day I didn't feel any pain and was surprised and I wondered if I didn't do it right, than through out the day, slowly I began feeling pain through out my entire body. I took pictures of my body and I hated it because I had to look at my disgusting blubber from another persons view. I may or may not post them if I get good results at some point. I took one picture that looked rather flattering because of the angle, I looked skinny!...I kept that one just for an ego boost...I might post it as an 'after' picture haha. I took pictures today as well, I was going to measure my body but couldn't find the tape measure. When I did it yesterday too it was unbearably painful, today I am in so much pain!

I was going to do it today but I got home late and I'm in so much pain, I'll just have to work harder tomorrow. Maybe do it twice. But I tell you, the video makes you SWEAT like crazy. I didn't even sweat as much after 3 hours at the gym.

I've changed my goal temporarily for now. I currently am unhappy with my arms, legs and stomach, I don't want to wear shorts or skirts or t-shirts. I have a wedding to attend in September and I would like to wear a dress with more confidence than I hold now. I hope I will be able to achieve my goal, and I know it wont come for free.
