If I eat breakfast like this, I will be hungry for an hour, I will only look for sugar food and I will not stop eating all day long. 😅. It is great that you can burn this and pour for lunch time.

Most of the time my breakfast is this bread or cake, and two cups of decaf coffee with milk. It's 10:55 am and I still feel stuffed. I tend to eat more when I don't sleep at night, but if I am feeling rested I do great
