stick to the rule. dont stick to a particular diet and restrict your calories. it is hard, in fact not possible.all those diets out there are bull shit. if you want to eat something which is high in calories, do eat it,but ensure you burn a proportionate amount of calories.i love fish and chips(600 calories per serving).so today if i feel like eating it, i go to the gym and ensure that at least 450 calories are burned off, and then i will eat my fish and chips.it is not that hard to burn calories. it is very easy, once you get used to a particular workout machine.
