For some reason I'm eating fewer calories and I feel like I've still been eating a fair bit! Considering what is on my menu, it is surprising what you can eat and loose weight, be healthier, and still feel like you have oinked out on a bit! Sweet potatoes are so good cooked and seasoned with Clubhouse Roasted garlic & Red pepper.
