yesterday I went back on low carb...it slapped me in the face when I got on the scale on sunday... I had been eating halloween candy and crap for the past couple of weeks... HAD TO STOP!!! so Monday morning I went back to Atkins... I HAD NO CANDY YESTERDAY YEAH!!! there is no excuses or anyone else to blame for my failures.
