ok so i like the idea of having some free days where i dont have to measure everything and be too carefull with calories, but after just about 24hours of free time, i was at 2000+ calories 2 days in a row. i had a great time, i really savored and emjoyed everything i ate. but i realize that i can have free-er days without guilt and without completely going crazy.
