That's what I was told too but I didn't understand the diet. I'm interested to see how it works for you.

Metabolic confusion is exactly what it states, there are 3 different body types, ectomorph,anamorph, i forgot the third still learning, u clan google "metabolic confusion" or mtabolic cycling. Basically keto for 5 days nd increase carbs for two those two days should be ur exercise dapys. I had to research more because i was "maintaining" although that is not a bad thing, i want to reach my target weight, soo ive been at a stand still for 2 weeks, so i searched and found the metabolic confusion nd cycling for my body type. Check it out scientifically it sounds correct, i will try it an see what the reslts will bring.
